How We Support Your Business and the Person with DD
Our Job Coaches support the business and the individual with DD at no cost to the business. The coach learns the job, then trains the individual at your location. Once the individual is fully trained, the coach slowly backs away from being with the individual full-time until the individual is able to do the job completely independently. If ever there is a problem that the manager is unable to handle, the job coach can step in to resolve the issue or re-train the individual. We want this to be a positive experience for everyone involved, and we will do our best to assist the manager and the individual to make it work smoothly.
