  • 5 new community presentations annually
  • 25% yearly reduction in stakeholder concerns

Goal B

Create access to community resources for socialization, work, transportation, and commerce.

Performance Measures:
  • Yearly increase in volunteers
  • Yearly decrease in unmet transportation needs

Goal C

Work toward a consistent standard of excellence in policies, procedures, training, technology, and communication.

Performance Measures:
  • 25–30% annual policy review cycle
  • Annual increase in positive satisfaction survey results

Goal D

Sustain a fiscally strong and flexible organization across the lifespan of services.

Performance Measures:
  • County comparison on investment & retention
  • Annual expenditure growth ≈ 4% or less
