Accessibility Statement

Developmental Disabilities of Clark County is committed to making its public web content accessible to people with disabilities. We are working to align this site with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and applicable ADA Title II expectations for state and local government digital services.

How to report a barrier

If you cannot access information or a function on this website, or you use assistive technology and something does not work as expected, please tell us so we can help and fix it.

Known limitations and ongoing work

Like many long-lived government sites, we have a large mix of HTML pages, forms, and generated content. We are remediating issues over time (for example: color contrast, image descriptions, form labels and error messages, keyboard focus, and navigation consistency). Some legacy PDFs or embedded content may not yet be fully accessible; if you need an alternative format, use the contact options above.
